Notes

@Rachelcould you follow up on small groups? They sounded keen after the Alpha taster. I'll be away until Thursday.

Rachel · 2h ago

On it. I've messaged Alex and invited them to our Wednesday group taster. Will update here once they've replied.

Churches are incredible on Sunday. But the rest of the week can be harder to manage.

Names get collected, forms get filled, and good intentions build up. Then Monday arrives.

  • Details end up scattered across inboxes, threads, and half-finished lists.
  • Volunteers are not always sure who to contact next.
  • Sometimes people who showed interest do not hear back. Not because anyone does not care, but because there is not a clear system in place.

This is not a failure of heart.

It is a follow-up challenge, and it is completely solvable.

What your church experiences

Follow-up, people, and Sundays in one calm flow

Not a list of tools: the moments your team and guests actually feel: seen, invited, and sure of what happens next.

Follow-up

Guests feel remembered, not processed.

Journeys weave SMS, email, and simple tasks into one timeline, so nobody wonders where a person is in the story, including your volunteers.

Notes

Asked about small groups. Follow up after Alpha taster. Kids ministry was a big plus for them.

Contacts

One story per person, not scattered scraps.

Names, notes, and where someone is on the journey stay together, so when you open a profile, you see a person, not a puzzle.

Events

From “I'm interested” to a seat with a ticket in hand.

Sign-ups, time choices, and check-in hang together, with less chasing, more showing up present on the night.

That means so much. Here's a simple next step when you're ready, with no pressure, just an open door.
Sent as email · reads like your church, not a mail-merge

SMS & email

Messages that sound like your church, because they are.

The right words at the right time: warm, human, and unmistakably yours, so people feel invited, not marketed to.

Team

Clarity beats “someone should…”

Mentions and tasks make ownership obvious, so good intentions turn into names with a person responsible and a date.
